At CodeX, we strive to deliver the highest quality cloud infrastructure services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 12 hours of the original payment.
  • The service or product has not been substantially used or consumed.
  • The request is made through our official support channels.

3. PAYMENT RETURN WITHIN 12 HOURS

All payments are eligible for a full return within 12 hours of the transaction. This applies to:

  • Subscription Plans: Monthly subscription fees (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Tanzanite) can be refunded within 12 hours of payment if the plan has not been used beyond initial setup.
  • Domain Registrations: Domain purchases can be refunded within 12 hours, provided the domain registration has not been completed with the registrar. Once a domain is registered and active, refunds may not be possible due to registrar policies.
  • Cloud Services: Server, storage, hosting, and other cloud service payments can be refunded within 12 hours if the resources have not been provisioned or deployed.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Services requested after the 12-hour refund window.
  • Domain names already registered and activated with the registrar (Namecheap / TZNIC).
  • Services that have been fully consumed or deployed.
  • Custom software development or consulting services already delivered.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your order ID, email address, and reason for the refund.
  • Our team will process your request within 24-48 business hours.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
